We provide consulting services for the design of Mechnaical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems for new and retrofitted buildings. We guide our clients in both the conceptual and detailed design phases of MEP systems as well as perform the required supervision to ensure that implementation is performed according to our detailed specifications and design drawings.
BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM)
We provide BIM for our clients which includes use of advanced software to provide a single source of information about a project. BIM encourages collaborative working between the design team and clients. It ensures the best possible integration of the design, structure & building services engineering while maintaining all data in one model. This allows the overall design and installation process to be more efficient, accurate and consistent. BIM also allows all structural, MEP, and energy calculations to be optimized via use of software instead of using rule of thumb solutions ensuring better overall systems performance and cost reduction.
